1. About Tea / General Enquiries

 

  1. Can I consume regularly or daily?

    It is recommended to consume regularly, as chinese herbs focus on regenerate and maintain overall health condition, and the outcome is more effective if consume regularly.

    Nonetheless, it still depends on individuals. For those who are not used to consume regularly, you may take things slow by finding your suitable taste / habits by trying different tea types, till you develop your own regime.

  2. Are there any side effects if I drink regularly or daily?

    The effectiveness and response varies from each individual. You may kindly refer to our precaution mentioned in our official website for each tea type. Else for more information, kindly contact us via Messenger or WhatsApp.

  3. How often should I drink for it to be effective?

    Different from western medicine, herbal tea takes time and does not immediately show effects on individuals, as our teas only uses organic ingredients. Besides, it depends on individual’s body condition whereby each person reacts differently due to individual’s tolerance level.

    Thus, it is recommended to consume 2 weeks regularly as a start.

  4. How should I brew my tea?

    It is best to just steep it with 250ml-300ml of 80C to 100C water as per our brewing method.

    There is no boiling needed, and the effectiveness of the tea can be brought out easily with a simple way.

  5. Any precaution needed to take note of?

    The precautions are mentioned at our official website for each tea type.

  6. How long can the tea bag last?

    Our tea bag can last up to 1 year if it is stored in the refrigerator.

 

2. Orders

 

  1. Can I cancel or change my order after payment processed?

    We regret to inform that it is too late to change the order. Else for further clarification / confirmation, kindly email us at askme@theherbcoction.com.

  2. I need to change my shipping information, what should I do?

    Kindly contact us immediately with the updated correct address, as long as the order is not sent out. 

  3. Product received is not what I have ordered.

    Much apologies as we are normal person that do make mistakes. Kindly email us at askme@theherbcoction.com, along with below details, and we will do our best to resolve the issue the soonest.

    1. Order Number / Tracking Number
    2. Name & Shipping Address
    3. Photos of product and packaging received

  4. My order was damaged during shipment, is there any return or refund?

    Courier company may mishandle the parcel and it is unpredictable. Please kindly open up the package and check the condition of the product inside. If there is any issue, kindly email us at askme@theherbcoction.com, along with the below details, and we will do our best to resolve the issue the soonest.

3. Payment

 

  1. What is the payment method available?
    Our payment gateway system is still under maintenance. You may contact us directly via Instagram or Facebook messenger for the payment.
  2. Can I pay with other currencies if I am residing at overseas? If yes, what is the conversion rate?

    Yes, we do accept international payments by foreign credit cards.

 

4. Shipping

 

  1. Where do you ship?

    We are currently shipping to Malaysia and Singapore.

  2. What is the shipping method / courier service available?

    We ship through Easy Once the order is processed, the courier company will fully handle the product throughout the delivery processes. 

  3. What is the shipping charges?

    Peninsula / West Malaysia

    RM9. Free shipping for order above RM150.

    East Malaysia

    RM18. Free shipping for order above RM250.

    Singapore

    RM35. Free shipping for order above RM350.



  4. How do I track my order?

     A tracking number will be sent after the payment and order processed. An email with tracking number will also be sent after the order. You may use the tracking number to track the status of your order.

  5. Why is my shipping status remaining unchanged?

    It might be due to shipment delays or other unpredictable causes. You may kindly contact the courier company directly, or drop us an email at askus@theherbcoction.com. 

  6. Why didn’t I receive my tracking number after the purchase?

    If you have not receive your tracking number in 2-3 business days after receiving the shipment confirmation, kindly contact us via Messenger or email us at askme@theherbcoction.com.

  7. What is the shipping processing time?

    It will take 3-5 working day for Peninsula/West Malaysia, whereas it will take 5-7 days for East Malaysia and Singapore.

 

5. Member Account

 

  1. Is it a must to register an account?

    It is optional, you may still checkout as guest (without registering an account) and track your order through the email we have sent to you.

  2. What is the benefit of registering an account?

    By registering an account, it will allow you to have easier tracking system, extra benefits such as discounts and promotions, as well as latest news updates.

  3. Is my personal information secure?

    Your personal information is for internal uses only, and we will not sell / provide any of the information to any third parties. Safeguarding your personal information is one of our top priorities, and you are able to make purchases with us securely.

 

6. Customisation

 

  1. Can I customise more than two different tea types in a box?

    Yes, it is possible. For only two (2) tea types, kindly refer to our "Box Customisation" at the footer for more information. As for customisation of three (3) tea types and above, kindly email us at askme@theherbcoction.com for further information.

  2. Is there any extra cost for customisation?
No. We provide free customisation as a token of appreciation for your  support.
