Refund policy

All goods sold are non-refundable, but is exchangeable for 7 days after receiving the order. However, the item is needed to return at your own expenses.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at askme@theherbcoction.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

A return request must be submitted within 7 days after receiving of the product.

If you have received the wrong item, kindly email us at askme@theherbcoction.com, along with below details, and we will do our best to resolve the issue the soonest.

Below will be the details needed,

  1. Order Number / Tracking Number
  2. Name & Shipping Address
  3. Photos of product and packaging received

We do not accept damaged / broken / missing pieces that due to your own use.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
